Interesting design, poor fit. - Strike Industries Smith / Wesson MP Shield 2 Round Extended Magazine Plate

I purchased two with the intent of converting 2-8 round magazines to 10 round. Neither of the two I purchased worked for that intended purpose. If you use the plastic spacer that comes standard with 8 round mags with the EMP it won't seat, if you leave it off there is a gap. I was able to use one of the two to turn a 7 round magazine into a 9 round magazine. The other EMP was far enough outside of spec as not to eject properly. Overall, pretty disappointed and the search for a solution continues.
