I ordered an AR stock over a month ago and I still do not have it. Some parts ship fast....others take FOREVER! The site doesn't tell you an item on back order. Who wants to wait months to fix their guns up?

I like the extended button but the lug that interfaces the magazine in the mag well is shorter than milspec. So while good for quick mag changes, has more a tendency to be bumped and drop mags. Also, if you press the button too hard the arm can hang up on standard forged receivers. I use aero lowers...

I like it and it's not crazy expensive
Seems like a solid little upgrade I use a bunch of different strike industries parts on quite a few builds I've done and haven't had any issues so far. This went right in and functions like it should, the curved release button really centers your finger and the mag catch doesn't flop out like some others I've used before if you engage the button harder than it's feelings can handle. It's a lighter metal so I'm not sure about "duty" use but for plinking it'll do pig... It'll do

Great fit.
These mag releases fit really nice on both AR-15 and AR-10 platforms. The button is longer than most on the market and they look nice. A little pricier than most but you get what you pay for. And everything you need is included.

Looks good but…
I purchased the fde to fix a lower that won’t lock in certain pmags. The button and catch feel and look good. BUT the catch will not screw into the button far enough and swings down when you press the mag release button. This is an issue because if the catch swings out of its slot it can’t lock in a mag and has to be adjusted to fit again. If the button was threaded all the way through and not only half way you could turn the catch another rotation or 2 to fix this issue.

I like the looks but it allows too much travel allowing the mag release on the left side of your lower to get hung up.
