cant recommend for one reason
23 rounds in a magazine that's competition legal is a feat. The question is, whats the trade-off for the additional capacity? Spring strength. I run other extensions with eolf springs and +2 rounds, slide locks back on empty. This mag? Not so much.
They stick and don’t feed
The orange piece that goes on top of the spring sticks on the small lip where the extension meets the bottom of the mag. 3 of the 4 I bought didn’t feed. I would return these in a heartbeat if they weren’t used.

Kind of easy to install. Only say kinda due to a spring being involved. Springs always make it difficult.
It advertises +5 in a 40cal I was able to do +4 probably after spring breaks in I’ll get the other 1. I dropped it a handful of times, racked through the magazine a few times, no range time with it but overall feels and looks good. Spring is good and strong like a regular Glock magazine. Happy with this product will update after range time.

Hoped for Best - Got Disappointed
I felt this was a quality product and would serve the purpose well, but unfortunately I have been sadly disappointed. Two of the three springs, are catching somewhere inside magazine (I have inspected several times and cannot see the where) causing the ammunition to not cylce on cartridge discharge, leading to misfire, non-fire, or stove pipe condition.
I disassembled, cleaned, re-installed, and have continued to see same problem. Presently stopped using product due to safety concerns with weapon system functionality and reliability.

set screw came out of the plastic after second use
Love the look of this but at first I had issues with the spring getting stuck and not feeding and figured it was me installing it wrong but then the set screw fell out so I can’t really use it anymore.

SO FAR SO GOOD
Easy to put on mags. keep your follower it does not come with new one. DO NOT overtighten the screw, it will start backing the insert out. Put the retainer plate in, and snug that little screw down and stop! Bought 3 of these, got 23 rounds in 2 of them, only got 22 in another. Will probably be fine once springs broken in a bit. The last 2-3 are tough to get in.

polymer mag extension
I feel like it should be in the item title that these are polymer, I thought these were aluminum but that’s on me. These did install easily and cycled. They look good and I think they’ll be ok in the long run but just wish they were aluminum.
