It sits very loose in the dovetail where you can slide it in with your hands. In theory it wouldn’t be that bad with the 7 set screws but when you tighten those set screws your plate is gonna shift a bit and wont be that leveled or secure. The worst part was the mounting nubs that you insert in the wholes for the RMR got stuck in my red dot instead of the plate. Once i removed them I hammered them into the plate and ended bending and not being able to mount my red dot.

After seeing some of the reviews of this product saying that it was cheaply made and did not fit correctly (the plate is loose or wiggles), I was hesitant on making this purchase. Note: I do not own a Glock and was solely relying on a single question/answer on whether this would fit on a Canik TP9SF Elite, spoiler, it fits if you are willing to put in the work.

Before continuing, I have not shot the gun after installing this plate, I will update my review once I have test fired it.

The plate felt fairly sturdy, but it became clear that it was made of cheaper metal as part of the dovetail got shaved off when I attempted to install it to my Canik. I figure that this was due to the fact that the top of my slide has a dip where the rear sight sits, so it is not entirely flat on the gun and does sit with a slight angle. Not sure to the disadvantage of this yet.

The installation instructions were off, the optic I purchased uses the RMR mounting pattern and the screws included for use with RMR optics were to short and I had to use the ones for Leupold optics.

One of the major complaints I kept seeing and that worried me on quality, is that the plate was "loose" and did not fit correctly. Shocker, if you tighten down the set screws and use the included thread locker, it stays perfectly still, you can even grab the optic and use it to rack the slide (although, I'm sure you are not supposed to do this)

Mounted on a Glock 35. While sighting in, the optic was loose on 1 side. Taking the sight off to investigate, found the plate lifted on 1 side and sheered some of the threads. In disbelief the product is made with such poor materials. Also as others said, the fit to the slide will allow for some movement, esp during recoil. Unsure if POI would change over time if the product even lasted more than 1 magazine (or did it fail after 1 round..idk).

does not fit glock slides as it should it is tight half way in then when in place it can be lifted by hand up to show a gap about 1/32 in, it made a burr on edge of dovetail when i installed it i sent it back for a refund. the screws on sides are too short to lock in to slide edge.

This is the perfect mount. No drilling. No adjustments. No changes to the firearm. The dove tale fit perfect. All the parts were included. You must use the Blur Lock tight. The Holosun mounted up perfect. I do recommend this be installed and bore sighted by a firearms gunsmith. Don’t backyard this job. This is an excellent product.

Well designed low profile Steele mount. I would give it five stars if instructions were more detailed. The tiny tapered pins were hard to handle and difficult to get pressed into the site. I did it by using the mount screws during the dry mount. Assure the site mount screws do not protrude below the bottom of the mount. Use the Allen leveling screws to level and stabilize the mount. Use locktite blue on the final mount.

No modifications needed and it fit right on my Glock 19 and the Vortex Viper red dot fit right to it. I would definitely consider purchasing this for another one of my Glocks. Material and hardware were quality.

This is a great product. Allows you to have a mini red dot on your Glock without the expensive custom labour costs or being stuck with only one option for optic choice. This is made to work with the more mini popular red dots like trijicon, vortex and some newer ones available. I bought one of the new utg micro green dot sights and this mount works with it.

fits nice on glocks and can definetly put what ever you want for a red dot. Have not tried it out just yet, but I think it's going to serve its purpose. Well made and durable material. Can get any better with the price tag on this plate adapter.
