After seeing some of the reviews of this product saying that it was cheaply made and did not fit correctly (the plate is loose or wiggles), I was hesitant on making this purchase. Note: I do not own a Glock and was solely relying on a single question/answer on whether this would fit on a Canik TP9SF Elite, spoiler, it fits if you are willing to put in the work.
Before continuing, I have not shot the gun after installing this plate, I will update my review once I have test fired it.
The plate felt fairly sturdy, but it became clear that it was made of cheaper metal as part of the dovetail got shaved off when I attempted to install it to my Canik. I figure that this was due to the fact that the top of my slide has a dip where the rear sight sits, so it is not entirely flat on the gun and does sit with a slight angle. Not sure to the disadvantage of this yet.
The installation instructions were off, the optic I purchased uses the RMR mounting pattern and the screws included for use with RMR optics were to short and I had to use the ones for Leupold optics.
One of the major complaints I kept seeing and that worried me on quality, is that the plate was "loose" and did not fit correctly. Shocker, if you tighten down the set screws and use the included thread locker, it stays perfectly still, you can even grab the optic and use it to rack the slide (although, I'm sure you are not supposed to do this)
