Great item but.... not for GEN 3

If you have a gen 3 Vector, save your time and DO NOT BUY THIS. It doesn't fit. I will be returning mine. I did the G2 to g3 vector conversion. They sent back my old G2 parts... and this fits, but my whole vector is gen3. Also, I can't find any handguard for the gen3. BUMMER!!

Strike industries handgaurd

Purchased a strike industries hand guard for my Kriss vector gen2 pistol. Fit and finish is great. Screws and tools included with the purchase. Adds a nice touch to the Kriss vector

Great Aesthetics

liked the fit, finish seems like it can wear easily though. If you don't mind taking it off while cleaning the gun it's great. only real issue I had was the top would interfere with the disassembly process by a ever so slightly enough to lock it up and need removal before disassembly.

  • Great placement for hands, kept the support hand away from the mag release.
Cons:
  • Could not field strip without unscrewing the handguard and removing it. Unsure if I received one out of spec or if my carbine was.

So far so good

Handguard has some nice cut patterns. Strike product look really good and this is no exception. I just wish it has more m-lok position than 3,6,and 9. Also, a FDE version will be nice and I would have bought that instead for my FDE Vector. Vector handguard are made super easy to install. I'm just glad someone finally make a good handguard for the Vector.
