Pros:
1. Easy install, literally just remove thread protector and replace with this
2. Easy to swap to another threaded 9mm barrel if you want to try on a different pistol
3. No worry about holster compatibility; doesn't have any meaningful additional bulk vs. a thread protector
I don't have two identical guns to try this back and forth between to tell you if this makes a meaningful difference to perceived recoil.
1. Understand this is just a tiny muzzle device, theres no mass to help compensate recoil.
2. Sig's Macro Comp slide design had a more meaningful "feel" difference IMO
Overall, this is likely a 5min & cheap upgrade that "can't hurt". Only thing to be mindful of is if you're playing around with spring weights, this might throw off the timing just enough to induce malfunction. Def go and test at range with some rapid strings to make sure its cycling correctly.
