Very compact and well made, perfect for smaller builds like SBR’s. The only thing you give up is a bit of adjustment on LOP, not a big deal for me at all.

Just what I was looking for from my compact folding ar9 build I've been searching for a long time for great stock to complete my build and this was that it's rock solid and compact if that's your thing it's definitely mine I love it

I really like strike Industries, because they make quality parts and I have a lot of them. However this pit stock is a total failure. On my last build I wanted a stock that didn’t look like all the others out there and wanted something light weight. This Pit stock definitely fit the criteria, but that was it. Some of the problems with this stock are that it’s super lose and rattles around on the end of the receiver extension and Strike knew that, because included in the box it came with are tons of rubber shims that you can stick to the buffer tube to help mitigate the problem. Another problem is there are only two adjustments you can make and that’s the last two notches at the end of the buffer tube. It’s also really small and looks ridiculous. With that said if you are strictly looking for a stock for breaching or skull smashing then this is the stock you want. With a little more time at the drawing board this might be a good stock, but as is it’s not very practical.

I bought this stock for a 224 rifle build. The item itself is very good quality, and fitment is great. I chose not to use it because once installed, it is very short. I went with a full 7 position adjustable stock.

Very well made and good looking but I wish it was about 1-2 inches longer. The stock is easy to adjust, and it was easy to install. I would but it for another rifle. I have been very satisfied with all of the strike industries products I have purchase.
