Strike missed the mark
This is noticeably made with a lesser grade of polymer and design. There is no hinge in this design. No spring. Just a couple of plastic tabs to pop into the dust cover holes in the upper. The tab on the left appears to be molded in to the dust cover. It is attached by a thin piece of polymer which quickly snapped off during installation. Save the headache and get the Strike industries original ultimate dust cover. The polyflex is a no go.

Doesn't fit cross machine UPUR-4. Had to trim Strike Industries PolyFlex Dust Cover to fit correctly �

- I like the looks and ease of use without removing the handguard to remove the dust cover pin.

Looks cool, I guess
I tried this out to shave as much weight as possible, and don't get me wrong: it is lighter than stock. The design sucks though. The lack of a pin mechanism is a problem. The dust cover flew off during a night training never to be found again. Now, I have to buy a new dust cover.
