Most Helpful Positive Review if only it worked with the thing I bought it for!

I got this to put on a CP33, but didn't realize it would block the charging handle. Oh well, I'll figure something out to do with it. It's super sturdy to the point I thought it had metal components. Very nice stabilizer!

Most Helpful Negative Review Nice little stabilizer, with some caveats.

Fit up nicely to my BCA bufferless AR pistol, almost like it was designed for it (unlikely). The 1913 clamp, the hinge, the adjustment clip all feel like quality parts. Looks nice too! My first problem is it only folds right, and conflicts with the right-side charging hanle. I genuinely dont unders...

It's a great brace, and if you're in a budget need one perfect for you, but it is quite thick and makes the whole build look kind of goofy. If you're going for the strike industries , s m c.

Great arm brace for the Kuna 9mm!

by DaveC, Verified Owner from TX, United States Written on October 13, 2026

Some states have SBRs under the NFA. Others do not.

To keep the Kuna 9mm as an arm brace pistol, this folding option from Strike Industries, the "stab" (stabilizer) is a great option:
Light weight
Doesn't lock closed, just swing it out from the right side of the receiver until it locks
Positive lock up when deployed
Adjustable 3 or 4 position length of pull
Push button unlocks from the fixed position, allows folding
Easy to operate and install with supplied screws.

Pros:

Easy to install, positive and intuitive folding with a thumb-operated button, easy adjustment of length-of-pull

Cons:

Blocks ejection port when folded, must be put into position

Best Used for:

Kuna 9mm or .40 pistol with arm brace

Kuna Polymer FSA Picatinny Collapsible Stabilizing Brace

by raj, Verified Owner from AZ, United States Written on October 6, 2026

Love my Kuna but the standard brace it came with was just a bit short for my liking. When I saw this new brace in my NRA magazine I immediately ordered it.

Used it for the first time last weekend at a match and I love it!! Amazing what the extension does for comfort shooting the Kuna in my opinion.

Definitely recommend this for a Kuna.

Look, feel and function are excellent. I have it on a VMAC 9 and it adds very little weight and functions well. The LoP function is excellent and is VERY useful.

Pros:

Cons:

no sling attachment point

Great grip and hold

Waited until I was able to swap between this and the stock version. This one definitely allows more comfort. Not a better cheek hold. But overall a better experience.

Great Universal Brace

by Rickyblaze, Verified Owner from IN, United States Written on September 5, 2026

This is a very nice brace for the money. I like that it extends and retracts for shooting comfort. I bought it for a Kuna but presently have it on my new Zenith ZF9-G. It works very well on the ZF9-G but doesn't quite look like it belongs. I'll keep using it though as it's a great nrace option for any weapon with the picatinny end cap

Got this brace at a great price thru OpticsPlanet. Quality product. Paid half the price compared to other places. Once ordered it was at my door within 6 days. Tracking provided a day after ordering. Will definitely be using OpticsPlanet again.
