Im using at to mount the sight higher than the camera lens hood. Solid and sturdy base mounted on cameras hot shoe.

Fits nicely; looks good.

Not much more to say about it. It fit properly and stays secure on the picatinny rail, It is compatible with the red dot sight I am using, and the anodized finish looks good and appears durable thus far.

Exactly what I needed

This riser is perfect for what I needed. It raised my red dot perfectly in line with the BUIS.
Perfect for any low profile red dot to raise it and get a comfortable eye angle and sight picture.
You can directly mount a pic rail attachment (sight/light/bipod) or a pistol sight to the main plate if desired.
Make sure to use torq specs and blue loctite.

Beautiful!

As with all Strike Products, this little picatinney rail mount is a beauty. I have three of these (Red, FDE and Black). They are worth the small amount of change and come in handy so it is worth stocking up. I own a lot of Strike products and am very pleased with their colors and quality.
