As the title says. The original brace pad wasn't locked in and would rotate around freely. I liked the folding part but it did make it very thick. This brace's pad doesn't rotate and matches the length of the original when fully extended.
Pros:
- Looks like it was manufactured as part of the weapon
Cons:
- bulky looking viewed from the top
- my finger tips hit the 1913 clamp mount when using the charging handle
