To give credit, this is designed by superlative arms with spikes logo stamped on it. That said, it's the best adjustable gas block out there. It vents any excess pressure beyond what you set it at. I run this on a 7" barrel ar15 with and without a suppressor with no adjustment of the gas block. I run this on a 18" ar10 with and without a can with no needed adjustments. Set it and forget it.

As the title says. The original brace pad wasn't locked in and would rotate around freely. I liked the folding part but it did make it very thick. This brace's pad doesn't rotate and matches the length of the original when fully extended.

This trigger functioned properly for me the first go around, I did not have any issues with it. Tight grouping double taps at 75 yards. I was able to overrun the trigger when I was doing a mag dump. Several light primer strikes. I may or may not have had the heavier spring installed at the time.
This thing just has too heavy of a pull in the single shot mode. It's heavy in the 3rd mode but that doesn't affect the joy of slinging lead. It's just when youre trying to take an accurate shot in single mode... Its just too much pull. (I have not measured it just feels heavy)

I bought this setup with the JE silent capture spring. I also have JE adjustable weight bolt. (vmos) I run this with the lightest weight possible on the spring and bolt. I have a superlative adjustable gas block. I have this tuned to use the leat amount of reciprocating mass and low pressure. Smoothest and shortest AR I own. I run it with a can and without a can, I do not have to adjust anything in between the 2.

When I first turned it on and pointed it at the carpet I was puzzled by these quarter sized glowing spots creating a trail down the hallway. I then realized that it was my cats foot prints as it had recently ran through my field of view. So I took it to the woods. I could see through scrub brush and locate animals that I had no way of seeing before. I heard a deer tromping through the underbrush. I lifted the scope and could make out all four appendages and its tail. I also saw some small 4 legged creature, maybe a raccoon, walking silently along. All of this occurred at about 150' away from where I was sitting. I am thoroughly impressed with this scope. I bought this just before black friday when Flir offering a $1000 rebate. Truly the only reason I considered buying it...Optics Planet was giving 5% off instantly too, but then by black Friday they were offering 12% off. I contacted them through the live chat on the site.
