Unlike their polymer version which is cheap and breaks on install, this aluminum snap in dust cover is legit. Solid, sturdy, and convenient. Can't say enough how convenient this is to install. No need to strip the handguard, remove the barrel nut, retorqe the barrel, reinstall handguard, all for a new dust cover. This simply snaps into place. In literally 5 seconds you have a duct cover installed. And for bonus points it looks good too.

This dust cover looks great and it works but you have to close it perfectly it seems right in the middle. I have it installed on my Rock River arms are handle upper. It has a little play left and right and if it's not centered it won't close. Other than that it's great.

I'm happy with this added Strike Industries dust cover. I've been happy with every Strike Industries accessory I've added to my IWI Zion15. This dust cover adds design compared to the stock cover and is a quality piece. Every Strike Industries piece I've purchased has been quality and functioned as well as stock. But with added flare. It took more time to remove the stock cover than install this one. However, not a difficult task. Fits well and snaps shut without issue. The only difference is the pins overall length end-to-end is a little shorter than the stock pin length with the snap ring which allows this cover to slide back and forth just a little once installed. Seems to work fine though after several openings with the charging handle and snapping shut. No real complaints as of yet. As stated in the description, there are some considerations to be made per each rifle and an "exact" fit. Seems acceptional enough since it covers the ejection port perfectly and operates consistently. We'll see if it continues to operate consistently during actual use of the rifle.

Easier to install than the strike ultimate dust cover. I'll never mess with a c clip again. Good manufacture and finish. Looks cool too.

The spring kept snapping back around after function testing the rifle by pulling back on the charging handle. The little plastic nipple that's suppose to "snap" it closed to cover the ejection port never kept it in place and never "snapped" into place. love Strike Industries aftermarket parts, but would never recommend this part.

Looks great and fits real nice but spring just comes out when ejection port cover opens so I made my own little adjustment with the spring and it works as it should, I was able to make it work but as much as I love strike industries I’m finding more and more parts coming with quality issues. Definitely not worth the trouble for that price
