Surprisingly good quality and affordable too - Strike Industries .223/5.56 Latchless Charging Handle

I own 3 Radian raptor charging handle, the original in black, the low profile SL in black, and the SD in np3, and I love them which is why I have 3 of them but I recently built a lightweight AR15 and wanted to get the weight down using factory parts without modifying them and also keeping a 16 inch legal length barrel so looked for the lightest good quality parts I could find. For the charging handle one of my requirements were it to be ambidextrous and also made from 7075 t6 aluminum for strength. Cost was not a big factor in my choice as long as it didn’t cost me more than my NP3 coated raptor SD charging handle($110 when i purchased it last year). The Radian charging handles I own weigh about 1.4 oz for the original and SD and the SL came in a little lighter at 1.2 oz. After doing a lot of searching I narrowed down the choices to this one due to it coming in under an ounce and having mostly good reviews. So far no complaints. Runs as smooth as my raptors(except the np3 coated raptor due to the special coating) and feels robust. Only thing that may be of some concern later on is the spring tension weakening over time but so far hasn’t seemed to of gotten any weaker but only time will tell
