Awesome Red Dot!
This rivals any of its contemporaries in this price range. At 5.3 ounces, it weighs less than other similar options without losing any functionality. The 2.5 MOA version is ideal for close to long range shooting. The dot is crisp and easy for your eye to catch. The glass is ultra clear and just about not there in your sight picture. The sight comes standard with a low mount to mount to your shotgun or "regular" rifle and it also comes with a riser so you can get the correct mounting height for an AR. A lot of red dots come with one mounting height, with risers or rings necessary but this will have everything you need. When using the riser, you don't need to switch out any parts or mounts. You simply mount your sight to the picatinny top of the riser, then the riser to your rifle. The standout feature for this sight is the brightness control. They're large push buttons and are located on the side of the optic instead of a turn knob or depressed buttons. These will be ideal for winter shooting when wearing gloves and just for general ease of use. If you're looking for an affordable, easy to use, quality red dot with all the bells and whistles you'll need, this is the way to go.

Styrka = Quality & Value
If you're looking at this review, you're probably looking for a red dot scope around a couple hundred bucks. This Styrka is a great choice. Fantastic features, quality image, easy to adjust and sight in. I wanted something easy to use on a slug gun for deer that are close and usually moving fast. Shooting this both eyes open will be perfect.
Styrka S3 2.5 MOA Red Dot
I bought this as a target shooting fun sight and it blew past my expectations. I was first drawn to it for the unbeatable warranty coupled with the affordable price as I had never used an optic before.
The box it comes in can only be described as “eye candy” with great padding and many accessories inside. The dot itself works fantastic, no troubles getting it sighted in at 50 yards and the dials allow for very easy as well as very precise control.
The glass is the clearest I’ve ever seen from an optic, so while I’m using for target shooting, it could easily be used effectively for hunting. During my hands on time, I experience no problems, but if I had, the warranty would cover it.
You get once a year free cleaning/maintenance on your optic regardless if anything is wrong with it, something I haven’t encountered within the rest of the industry. The only downside to the optic I can see is the lack of ability to co-witness with backup iron sights for the tactical types. This is hardly an issue for myself and could be easily remedied with a different mount.
All in all, this is a great optic for the price, especially when you add the warranty in, and I’ll definitely be buying from Styrka again!

Turkey dot
I normally don't review things but this needs one. I turkey hunt a lot in Minnesota and have gone through almost every dot on the market. Saw that Styrka is a new company out of my home state so I decided I needed to do some research. There isn't a lot of reviews out there for this company and product because they are new. After calling the guys there and talking for a bit, I decided to pull the trigger and buy this 5 MOA version. Super happy with it. Really rugged and the dot is super clear. I think this should be the last red dot I ever buy. They said that if i ever have an issue, which I really don't see happening, they will fix it or give me a new one. Unreal!

Styrka Red Dot
I needed a site for my AT flattop 223. I liked the looks of this and the warranty for a Red Dot. It's working good and holding zero. Th dot shows up good and sighting it in went easy. I liked that it came with the high rise mt and the filter.

Hard to beat
I have nothing but good things to say about this red dot sight. It was easy to install, easy to zero (since the top of the cap can be used to adjust the turrets), and it's easy to use. It looks great on my AR and functions well. The unit feels solid and well-built plus the lifetime warranty...can't go wrong.
Pros:
- easy to use
- Quick target acquisition
Cons:
- None
Best Used for:
- shooting

Can't beat this
Somehow I managed to rate the green dot instead of this one... Whoops
This review is for the one I actually purchased...
As I'm on a semi retirees budget I found the price point of this red dot within my range... I was pleasantly surprised by the clarity of the glass and quality of construction. It comes with everything you need and was very easy to mount on the carry handle of my AR... I didn't set this up as a co-witness as I like having the carry handle on my AR...
At the range it was easy to set my AR in a lead sled, aim the irons at the target then set the red dot at the same X...
Fired it through the red dot, BINGO, we have a winner!
Aim point did not move after 60 rounds...
Very happy...
