THE CAVEAT. listen to me, listen to me listen to me. on the newer benchmarks browning has put an adhesive on the screws. get a brand new and i mean brand new out of the box 10mm torx socket anything less and you may have a retap job to do. get a chef torch or Optimus Burny Butane Torch 8019206 from opticsplanet. put torx socket in both screw heads to ensure proper fit, (one screwhead on mine needed to be cleaned a little so torx would seat on bottom) take torch and heat one screw for 8-10 seconds, put torx on driver handle, reheat 5 seconds, put torx in screwhead, apply just enough pressure to take slack out of screwhead and rachet, now a quick snap (kinda like jumping on a breaker bar to get a lug nut loose,its gotta be quick,energetic and forceful)and you're good to go. this worked for and perhaps it will work for you.
