THE CAVEAT. listen to me, listen to me listen to me. on the newer benchmarks browning has put an adhesive on the screws. get a brand new and i mean brand new out of the box 10mm torx socket anything less and you may have a retap job to do...

Failure to feed
Though the mount seemd a perfect fit, the underside is in fact machined to guide shells cycling through the firing mechanism. Shells jammed at least once in every 10-shot clip. Unacceptable. You get what you pay for.
well made scope mount
I ordered this rail for my Browning Buckmark to mount a red dot sight on it. I read a review that had trouble with pistol function and I was a bit skeptical, but for the price I gave it a try. I found it to be well made and fit great. Now for the function test. I loaded up the clip (Magazine) and rattled off 10 rounds quickly with no problem. I put on the red dot sight, got it on target and about a half box of bullets later it still shot true and is very solid. It might not be needed, but I'll put a speck of blue Loc-tite on each base screw. I was told there would be some delay in shipping, but it came a lot sooner than expected. Check out Optic Planets handgun scope mount...I trust themm.

Easy Upgrade
This item is easy to install and is a perfect fit. The laser sight attached to this mount without any difficulty. The price was very reasonable and the company shipped it very fast. I would not hesitate to purchase from this manufacturer in the future.

Gun ran fine before
Iam giving this scope mount a one star because once mounted my browning buckmark won't cycle properly. It pinches the spring below the mount. I removed it and problem fixed. Don't waste your money. Wish I could return it!

Sun Optics Rail Mount for Browning Buckmark Pistol
This is a GREAT lower-priced alternative to the virtually-identical Browning-branded mount, which is considerably more expensive. Kudos to Optics Planet for offering this brand-name alternative - if not for their website - I would not have known it even exists! And once again - I got a great price and quick shipping - from Optics Planet.
