This is the 2nd green laser and 750 lumens light that I have owned from Sun Optics. The first was a CLF-CLG. I had it almost a year when it malfunctioned and stayed ON. I contacted Sun Optics and I returned it to them for repair and to my surprise I received a brand new CLF-CLG in box FREE.(Excellent Customer Service) My Newest CLF-CLSG adds a strobe function(slide switch) and has a mini "bat"style mode switch to change from laser(far left position)light/laser(mid-position) and light only(far right position)..looking from back of light/laser.It also incorporates a rocker style up/down trigger guard ambidextrous switch which allows for momentary or"ON"condition of the light/laser The light is rated at 750 lumens and compared to a light rated at 330 lumens the Sun Optics CLF-CLSG is definitely brighter(washes out the 330 lumens) The green laser beam is as good or better than any other green laser on the market. It mounts to a standard 1913 picatinny rail and has adjustable recoil keyway(I'm not sure this mount will work with a weaver rail since the recoil keyway is not removable)[Check with Sun Optics] and has a tool-less main locking screw(a coin could be used or straight screwdriver) I love the smaller package of this light/laser compared to the CLF-CLG but the only con I have is the lack of a remote switch option.
