I’ve had the Adams arms kits in the past and always liked them. These are a better product hands down. Much lighter gas block and op rod, making for a more balanced feel and tons of adjustment to really dial the system into a specific rifle and round

Slick, well made, not gas in the face. Ensure proper seating. Dimpled version probably requires drilling small notches for set screws. Surprised these haven't been picked up as a standard now

Installation instructions are simple and set up with or without a suppressor was straightforward. Ran about 50 rounds though it and it ran cleaner than my direct impingement. The recoil feels heavier but that could be me.

If you can catch them in stock they're great, easy to install and definitely make shooting suppressed a lot more enjoyable

Item works as expected. Not happy with Optics Planet taking so long to ship the item. Their estimated shipping dates are never correct.

So I purchased this to run a 12.5" barrel AR-15 that I have suppressed.I have been using SA bleed off block for years and to incorporate that with this piston system was genius. I installed per instructions and after adjusting to 20 clicks out I have ran over 100 rounds and I have had no malfunctions and my chamber and upper are cleaner than ever. I highly recommend this product for anyone running a supressed AR. I will say that is was difficult to find a hand guard that will fit without any clearance issues. Make sure to measure your hand guard and compare to the dimensions that Superlative Arms provides.They have a list of forearms that will clear the system. My only cons are I wish they included a actual bolt head with the BCG. I used a JP mil spec with the gas rings removed for mine. I would say it's worth the investment for a new handguard or if your building an AR use this piston system. I've already back ordered two more from SA for future builds. Another great product from SA.

I got this for a 12.5" SBR that was over-gassed like crazy, I didn't think an adjustable gas block would take enough of it out to be shootable as a lefty. I got this kit installed and I'm around 12-14 clicks in on the bleedoff adjustment from the adjustment screw all the way open. The rifle runs like a top, very little gas, surprisingly soft recoil impulse being a piston kit.

Came as expected. This is my second one. Love it. I have had zero issues, none! Highly recommend

Works perfectly, I installed with spring on the op rod no bushing. Put roughly 100 rounds through on a 14.5 to function test and get gas adjustment, primarily suppressed. Less gas in the face, cleaner bcg, less fellt recoil in my opinion. It does seem to cycle faster. Overall great product would definitely recommend.

Only bad thing i can say is that instructions are a little muddy reading through but there are install videos on youtube.

Even though I wasn't able to use this piston system. I purchased it for a 300BLK. I didn't know at the time that Superlative Arms doesn't support the 300BLK. I do however have these installed on all my other ARs and they work perfect.
