This ultimately is a great flash hider if you can deal with the ping / ringer the 3 prongs create. I had a Surfire muzzle break on previously but overwhelmingly gassy so i placed the flash hider on and resolved that issue. i have not used it a night yet but i believe there should be almost no flash based what i have seen so far.
