Its okay, but could be wrong for you - SureFire Scout Light Weapon Light Switch Assembly w/Picatinny Pressure Pad

I have two M6xx Scout Pro's, one is about three years ago, the other is a few weeks ago.

This remote button tail cap does not fit the older flash light.

It does fit the new one. One word of warning, you must tighten the tail cap a lot in order for this to work. From what I see this is a feature, although not well explained in the instructions. I the switch grips a picatinny rail okay, but really should have the recommended velco to help. Not sure if they make a metal switch that clamps to the rail, that would be nice. Surefire should not be going down the road of cheaping out on these things. I can get that level of service eveeywhere else.

It works as advertised. Not if thwre is a different model that fits my old light.
