Surefire EB1T Backup LED Flashlight, Tactical Switch

Awesome flashlight. This if my second SureFire, and I'm very happy with it. I'm using it with the Thyrm SwitchBack to allow for an easy two-handed grip with a pistol.
Pros: Small Size; Only Requires 1 Battery
Cons: Expensive; Requires 123-type Battery

Great EDC Or Backup, If You Have The Extra Coin.

This is great kit. I upgraded to this from the Streamlight ProTac 2L. The Streamlight is not even in the same class. The ProTac 2L has a tail switch problem that they will fix, but how many times will you do that until you realize you can't trust that it will work when you need it? I have full confidence in the EB1, it just feels like its better built. One more point, the EB1 has a great way of using its limited battery power; the light stays at near full brightness until the battery is too low and will simply just allow 5 lumens (the low setting). This is better than the Streamlight where it starts losing brightness after each minute it's used. I have a Surefire x-300 ultra as well, where I upgraded from a Streamlight TLR-1S; I have the exact same feeling from making the switch there as well. Surefire products are costly, but I believe they're worth it. Tip: keep an extra battery with you since you won't know when the battery is too low until it's too late.
Pros: EDC, Light, Small, Deep Carry Clip, Tactical Switch, low/high setting
Cons: Single battery design lasts 2 weeks under semi-heavy use, Surefire pricing, no strobe option.
