Comfortable and effective hearing protection - SureFire EP3 Sonic Defender Earplugs

I work in a very loud environment, and much of the noise surrounding me on a daily basis can be quite detrimental to hearing, especially over the course of a decades-long career. However, I also oversee and deal with many people throughout the day, and the pace and demands of my job and necessity for the use of my hands are such that I do not have time to be constantly pulling out and reinserting traditional earplugs or using headphones (nor do I care for the fuss). I've found the Surefire Sonic Defenders are perfect for my situation. I'm able to hear and converse with people naturally, while not being bothered by or concerned about the effects of workplace din and loud machinery on my hearing. I highly recommend this product.
