This is very nice, and much better looking than the nylon ones. The huge belt loop should accomodate any belt up to 3" in width. Because of this the holster can slide around, up and down slightly on a dress belt. The metal clip on the nylon Surefire holsters may be preferable, but then the holster wouldn't be as low-profile. The only potential flaw is that the "internal retention device" consists of a padded (leather?) patch sewn into the inside. As such, I am not sure how it will hold up over time with daily use. Very nice!
