Most Helpful Positive Review Surefire Flashlight
Flashlight is small and compact perfect for my M&P 15. The only issue that i had with this is, it is not advisable to mount this on the weapon with the stock bulb. The recoil of my AR damage the bulb. I called Surefire and mentioned this to me but as a courtesy, they sent me a new one which is the s...

Most Helpful Negative Review Get an LED Flashlight!
Ok this light has a great feel and it has been a workhorse, but the incandescent light bulb has gone the way of the dodo. You can pick up an LED flashlight for a little more, but many times brighter. I just picked up a wolf eyes LED tactical light for around $70.00, shipped. Now I realize this is...

SUREFIRE G2

by Legacy Reviewer, from RI, United States Written on April 23, 2014
This is a well made flashlight. It is great as a handheld flashlight but if you want to use it as a weapons light (mounted on a quad rail)you need to buy the Click-On Lock-Out Tailcap for $46.99, and a GG&G flashlight mounting ring for $19.99.
Pros: It is well made.
Cons: It does not have Click-On Lock-Out Tailcap

The flashlight was accidently left on face down, and must have gotten so hot it warped or glue melted and the lens fell out.

Best Inexpensive Tactical Light !!

by Legacy Reviewer, Verified Owner from MO, United States Written on September 14, 2010
I have several of these and have sold them to students since they were first released. Very bright tactical light with a solid but lightweight feel. This is my "go to" everyday use light as well. In a tactical situation it is a blinding masterpiece. It also lights up the landsccape if you lose your car keys in the yard at night, are working on your cars engine or bringing in your fishing boat in moonlight. A great all around light & well worth the price.
Pros: Lightweight, Bright, Durable
Cons: Limited Switch Function

Excellent Price - Excellent Light

Bought this along with the P60L Led Lamp insert, no need to even buy the P61...the P60L extends battery life while providing a bright light that the P60 that comes standard. This little light will blind you and I have even seen it shine more than 60 yards in the dark of the night, clearly lighting any target it touches!
Pros: Ultra Bright, Durable, Longer Battery Life than Competitors
Cons: Plastic not metal like some of the competitors, not really a con thought this thing seems indestructible
