Great light
You get what you pay for. This light is great in IR mode, plenty of distance. The white lite is more of a spot beam than a fog. The mount is on of the best I have seen or used, it swings to allow the light to get supper close to the handguard. I ended up going with a holuson LS117IR and a sure fire dual pressure pads to control the two. Overall very satisfied.

SureFire M640V
I’ve run a lot of weapon lights over the years, and the M640V Scout Light Pro is one of the few that feels like it was built for real use instead of just meeting specs on a box. The big win is having both white light and IR in one rugged package without making the rifle feel like a boat anchor

Great product, the mounting system allows the light to get nice and tight with the rifle. Looks great on the the Ole Sig.

Awesome light for my helmet
I love this light, using it as a helmet mounted IR illuminator and it works great. I was worried that it would be to bright indoors and trigger the autogate but it does not seem to effect it much. Much better illumination than my weapon mounted IR device. Would highly recommend for a helmet mounted solution. As always from surefire the best quality products.

SureFire is the best
Excellent light intensity in both settings and great quality as can be expected by Surefire. The fact that it has an off setting between white light and infrared light is great as im always concerned it might turn on and discharge the battery or possibly burn foam in the hardcase.

great IR without breaking the bank
Has really good throw for a IR LED. White light is a nice bonus for use without nods, Pairs nicely with a DBAL-i2 for a budget night vision rifle.
