Surefire the way to go for ir and wl - SureFire M640V CR123A 350 Lumens Scout Light Pro IR/LED Weapon Light

You get what you pay for in IR light. I would rather have an independent WL and IR than the built in illuminator on for my laser. Surefire is not the cheapest but you certainly get what you pay for with it. The IR throw is way beyond my effective range with 300BLK so this will get moved around to my 308 at times. The WL throw is farther than any other handheld that I own.
