I have two (exactly like the picture). That's because it is simply one of two 1" Weaver scope mounts perfect for your .22 rimfire. It's a ripoff!!

Good, simple mount
This is a very simple, excellent flashlight mount for the money. It's lightweight, low profile, and attaches easily to any Weaver rail with the thumbscrew. It doesn't provide any of the extra features that come with more expensive mounts, but that's fine if all you want to do is connect a weaponlight. The only problem I've noticed is that it can become loose if it's only hand-tightened, so I'd recommend tool-tightening to keep it in place
