Most Helpful Positive Review Great 1911 add-on rail, but...
The MR07 is a nice sturdy mount for Surefire X-series lights on a 1911 frame. Thanks to the included slide release, the mount is semi-permanent. Field stripping is required to remove the mount (be sure to keep your original slide release in case you want to remove the mount). The mount was a very tight fit on my Para-Ordnance P13, damaging the frame's finish during installation. I don't mind, since I plan to keep the mount on the gun permanently, but something to consider if you are afraid of scratching your finish. My X200B fits nicely and now makes my P13 worthy of home defense duties. P...

I love this product. It was easy to install and works wonderfully.
Pros: Easy to Install.
Cons: It does make minor scratches to the finish.

This is a great mount. Works well, looks good and is easy to install. You will be happy with this purchase.

Cons: You gun will not fit in you existing holster.
