The lock out tailcap really should come standard on all SureFire lights. I think its kind of cheap that they only include the rotation tailcap.
The tailcap does what it is supposed to do and it manufactured to the same rugged specs as all SureFire products.
Pros: Does what it is supposed to do
Cons: A little pricely for such a simple addition to your light
