Brighter then your headlight - SureFire UDR Dominator 2400 Lumens Rechargeable LED Flashlight

It is bright, I have LED headlight on my car and the flashlight beat it; its huge, but not very heavy compare to the size. Come with a 123A battery insert which is nice if you do run out of juice. Surefire is overprice, but I don't see anything that beat its quality and reliability yet, it will keep running, owned many surefire products and none of them fail.
