I have the SureFire Warden Blast Regulator paired with the SF Muzzle Brake on my 8.5" AR Pistol. I was out with my 11.5" AR pistol (with a regular muzzle brake) and heard a lot of comments about it being too loud. I changed to my 8.5" length upper with the SureFire attachments and didn't hear another complaint about sound. Definitely did the trick sending the noise down range. Made the day more enjoyable.
