Shock wave at indoor and outdoor ranges is truly mitigated for both the shooter and others on line. This blast diffuser really works as claimed. It's not cheap, but is worth every penny. i was skeptical…
Seriously, I was very skeptical about how this would work. Mounted it on a surefire socom muzzle brake on my ar15 and I was thoroughly impressed with the outcome. It definitely does direct the flash and gases out the front of the blast can, and reduces concussion felt very significantly. Luckily, I had someone shooting next to me with a loud muzzle device, and you could feel the concussion in your body from head to toe every time they pulled the trigger. So, having that to compare to in real time, I can say without a doubt this is an effective device! Definitely was kind of pricey, buying these two items together, but well worth the investment.

Lock and Pew!
I was looking for a solution as I mainly go to an indoor range. This locks in nice paired with my SureFire Socom muzzle brake. This not only performs very well as the overall usability is twist and lock, but the cool factor is certainly there as well. Gotta be tacticool for the range buddies right? I am currently looking into the socom for my 300 to swap in between as well. Compared to the opressor, performance is essentially identical with a more simple and working design. You get what you pay for... quality.

Worthwhile accessory
Keeps the muzzle flash and cloud of burnt powder away from you when you’re shooting. The people in the lanes on either side will appreciate it. Looks cool too.
