The Surefire 1000 lumen supposed output does not seem as bright as the 800 lumen Streamlight. Also, the color of the light is a “warm” LED , slightly off white-yellow, compared to the TLR-1 pure white (6500k). Furthermore, one of the tiny plastic door hinges On the Surefire broke off after the first battery change. Don’t recommend this larger and more expensive item vs. TLR-1
