I just wet through my 3 X-lander leather strap, those things are cr@p!.. Suunto X-Lander Military Strap Kit
Wish I could give 0 stars, this is the 3rd strap I’ve bought in less than 5 years...must be some design flaw because strap always cracks then breaks over time. Very frustrated. I love the watch itself however.
Suunto Altimeter Watch Watchband replacement
The watchband works as described for the X-Lander. It is matte black; not as shiny as the original band. Relatively easy to replace with a small jewelers screwdriver to depress the retaining pins. The band comes with replacement pins if needed.

good wrist watch strap
This wrist watch strap is rugged and stylish which is good for tactical person. However it is quite difficult to unfasten. For 1 week I feel pain at my finger tip!

Best replacement X-Lander Military Strap
This order was processed and shipped quickly and the item arrived in just a few days.
It's the original Suunto watchband. Installation was easy using a small jeweler's screwdriver to release the pins from the old damaged band and then to aid the pin installation of the new.
Pros: OEM Watchband, Good security
Cons: A bit expensive from Suunto, but optics planet has teh best price.
