Most Helpful Positive Review Swagger stalker qd42 bipod
This bipod is sweet. The bipod is lighter then the swagger bipods everybody knows. It’s detaches easy and is installed easy. The bipod attaches to a regular Picatinny rail for the bolt rifle user that wont have one normally on there rifle the package come with one that attaches to your sling stud and has a stud attaches to that so you can still use your sling. The pivot and twist on the bipod is sweet. One tip I have is position the legs so you lean into them a little and your show will be more steady more like a traditional bipods.

Best Hunting Bipod Ever!

by Dogduster, Verified Owner from UT, United States Written on December 22, 2024
These are the best coyote hunting sticks I've used and I have tried a lot. The ability to move and flex is a must when varmints come in on an unexpected route. I love the quick detach feature, and have an adaptor on all my rifles, and even some pistols. Great for Turkeys and Deer and Elk and everything else! I highly recommend this bipod to any and all hunters!
Pros:
  • Lightweight
  • Flexible
  • Quick Detach - Quick Attach
  • Many ways to anchor
Cons:
  • None

Quick detatch and light

by John Vernon, Verified Owner from ID, United States Written on April 14, 2024
I have used the Hunter series bi-pods for several years with good success. Being 6’5” while shooting from a sitting position on a mountain side, there is no other option out there. However it was a bit bulky and when hunting you had to be careful not to rattle it when deploying. Also, when target shooting it got in the way and had to be taken-off. For these reasons I am trying out the Stalker. With some practice it attaches-detaches quickly and I can safely put the poles in my side pack. It does come with a swivel attachment device, but I bought an extra so I can mount the bi-pod on another rifle.

One thing I do wish this and any other swagger pole based product is the reliable Harris Bi-pod quick deploy, snap into extension position legs…it can’t be that hard to do. A hole and a button device?

  • Hunting and target long range

Swagger bipod

by Yote tagger, from ID, United States Written on March 4, 2023
I Absolutely love this bipod. Easy to set up, light weight, very quiet, quickly and easily goes on and off. More flexibility for angles than my body even allows. Hands down one of the best bipods I have ever used.

Best detachable bipod I’ve used

by TWM, from OK, United States Written on March 4, 2023
I use this exclusively while predator hunting but anytime you’re in a sitting position this would work well! Simply attach to a Picatinny rail by pushing a button. If you have no rail they make another model that will attach to the slings swivel stud.
Pros:
  • Very adaptable to changing situations!
Cons:
  • none so far
Best Used for:
  • Predator hunting

great mobility and versatile

by LaMar, Verified Owner from KS, United States Written on March 4, 2022
Bought to give me a stableshooting platform for coyote hunting, trying to help out a few farmers I know. Only issue I do have is the legs don't lock in to any position. So not as easy to adjust for a good shot. Im thinking about putting tape where the springs are to make it so they are a bit more rigid to alleviate this issue. Bought this model to keep the overall weight of my hunting set-up low. Come October will be the true test of these due to I have planned an Elk/bear hunt. I friend of mine bought the other version that swagger has. So we will be comparing it strickly over that hunt.

lite and versatile

by LaMar, Verified Owner from KS, United States Written on January 26, 2022
Initially bought solely for coyote hunting, so i would be able to set up almost anywhere and be ready for what ever happens. I did not know it came with a swivel mount adapter. I placed the adapter on my other rifle to use during big game season. I am yet to use it for shooting, but will try it out more so this coming weekend.

I do like how lite it is and how i can easily mount it to whatever i want (with necessary adapter) with ease. I have seen and used the other type of swagger bipod and it did add alot of weight to the front end. Where this bipod can be disconnected and transported separately making for better weight distribution.

I plan on giving updates the more i use this bipod and will hopefully being adding more pros than cons to this review also
Pros:
  • Versatile and lightweight

  • None
