Swampfox vs athlon - Swampfox Kentucky Long 4-24 x 50 mm Rifle Scope 30 mm First Focal Plane (FFP)

After purchasing a Swampfox Kentucky Long and a Athlon Argos BTR Gen 2 and comparing them side by side the Swampfox has the advantage. The eye relief of the Swamp for at 4 power and 24 power is much better then the Athlon. The locking function of the Swampfox turrets gives it the upper hand if your going to be hunting with it. There is a few other small things that make it so I would recommend the Swampfox over the Athlon for hunting or target shooting. The only advantage the Athlon has is at lower power the reticle is more visible without the light being turned on.
