Fits PPQ 45 like a glove

I had some concerns at first, but this holster is great for the ppq 45. The lock engages and disengages cleanly, the paddle covers the trigger and makes it impossible to pull from the holster. I would feel safe carrying one in the chamber with this.The barrel does peak out of the bottom a little.
The gun rattled slightly, but was easily fixed by tightening up some screws.
The only thing I would be wary of is that when you draw your pistol your finger will be right where the trigger is. Practice drawing with an empty gun to circumvent this and you'll be fine.
