The firearm I purchased it for will not allow me to get close enough to use the scope. It says 3 1/2" eye relief but the one I just purchased is not that long of eye relief. I really like the heft and feel of this scope. Glass is crystal clear. I was pleasantly surprised on the looks and feel of the scope. If I can't find a rifle that I can use it on I may have to send it back. I purchased the sight for a Ruger 1022 takedown. Thought it would be perfect for what I needed. Like the idea of an etched glass reticle so you do not have to depend on batteries. Also has the nice feature of the illumination as backup. They could do away with blue light up. Red and green would be plenty.
