Junk from Tacfire
Absolutely junk. Not a single round will chamber. Round will only feed 3/4 of the way, then jams in the barrel. Even if there was a forward assist, it still wouldn't feed completely. I've built a lot of AR platform weapons and this is a complete piece of junk. DO NOT BUY!!!
Took a little polish
This upper took a little work but works as it should. The round would only chamber about half way. Machining did not look smooth or finished. Removed the bolt carrier and and chucked up a 12" piece of 3/8 dowel with a vertical cut to hold a piece of 600 grit wet/dry sand paper and a little oil. Took about 7-8 seconds with the drill on high to hone out the chamber. Unit cycles perfectly now. However the compensator that comes with it really dirties up the barrel and blows fouling back into the action. It works well but will order another brake. Over all I'm happy with it, just wish TacFire would polish their process.

Will not chamber all the way
Just like the first 2 reviews, the head case of the cartridge sticks out of the chamber about 1/4 of an inch. This is a very dangerous condition. I emailed TacFire and have not received a response.

Tacfire 45apc conversion kit
I have the exact same problem even went to stronger buffer spring and 11oz buffer still jams. With stern adapter and the bse adapter so after all this money I contacted tacfire via email with all info and they still haven't replied back to me.

This .45 acp complete upper arrived swiftly. Shipping was reasonable. Quality is excellent. I have tried four brands of ammo in 230 and 185 weight and all function without issues. I am quite pleased
