The pins suck
The block worked as it should, but the pins detent ball & springs both flew out. The first one popped out when I opened the package and pulled the pin out of the block for the first time, the second when I pulled my upper out of it the first time. Of course it still works, but the pins fall out easily which means my upper can fall easily. Ill have to go shopping for new pins

It Does It's Job
This is a very simple design, easy to remove and add upper, pins work great. All those 2 piece clamp style ones can kick rocks. This provides a solid connection and is faster to setup and remove.

Great block!
I've only used this vice block in my AR15 upper so far. It is great. It fits perfectly. The takedown pins hpld the upper steady. This block is the best investment to save money (get one block instead of 2)!
