Great looking kit
Easy to install and looks great. Looks to be made well and better than the one it replaced that was listed as black. It wasn't it was grey. I'm happy with it. Did I say it looks great? Not sure why this needs to be 200 characters long. The first sentence said it all.

Tacfire A2 stock kit
Tacfire A2 stock kit. I was excited to ry this stock out, just ran into one major problem. The kit is missing the buffer tube screw. Hopefully it's not a popular thing. Other than that is seems to be a good stock. A2 stocks are all the same mostly.
Good fit and function
Item fit good and functions great also looks good and sleek

Great product!!
I recieved the kit and all the parts were in it. I put them on and the rifle looks good. It has a solid look to it. The bolt slides back all the way and helps the catch do its thing. Fires well and is very practical.
Pros:
- Looks great
- All parts and tools included for install
Cons:
- None

Buttstock Heaven
The TacFire A2 AR-10 .308 Fixed Buttstock is exactly what I needed to stabilize my 308 for competition shooting. What a difference this stock makes. I'm now shooting tight groups out to 600 hundred yards. Thanks!

That's some sub genius level stuff right there......
Pro: Even without instructions the components are easy to assemble.
Con: The buffer plug weights are loose, so they rattle around inside of it. A minor issue that should be addressed.
Con: The buffer plug has cut outs that allow the plug to pass by the buffer retaining pin. This was discovered during a function check of the lower receiver, the buffer and the spring pop out. I cycled the completed rifle several dozen times to see if the plug can get past the pin when fully assembled, it does not seem to. However, when you break the weapon open the spring and buffer jump out at ya.
So, the moral of the story is that if you put this on your weapon, it will spontaneously disassemble itself when you remove the upper receiver from the lower receiver. One might see this as a feature rather than a bug, but I certainly see it as a bug.
Does it work? Dunno, haven't taken it to the range yet but it does seem to cycle manually just fine. Generally disappointed in the quality/design of the plug. I suspect I will have to trade it out, or get a longer retaining pin. With any luck someone at the company reads this and fixes the issue or adds a longer retaining pin to the kit.

Excellent for that retro look
These are great. Makes the scoped LR308 look far better than using the adjustable stock especially for adjusting your scope's eye relief much easier. Far less exterior rattle (yes it will havr interior rattle) so no wobble. Material is reasonable for polymer. Good price point, fast delivery. The only con is I wish they used a steel buffer tube and on the spacer part add in something that can eliminate that internal rattle ~i ended up using a piece of old t-shift to place between tube and spacer to reduce rattle for now.

Good stock
I ordered this stock for a customer. After it arrived he had changed his mind and wanted something different.
The stock kit was everything that was described. good quality and all parts were there.
If i were building a mil spec rifle this is what I would used.
