Most Helpful Positive Review 5 Stars for the Price and Output for it's size
I have these on my AR style rifles, Shotgun and CO2 rifles and pistols. Can't beat the Value for price in my opinion. The 3volt lithium Battery lasts plenty long enough for me and the Lum output is very good. Higher Lumen lights have very short battery life and I am happy with this for my use as a c...

Most Helpful Negative Review Tacfire 220 explosion. Test in safe place.
Im really not sure about this product. I had a very dangerous experience when testing it out for the first time. Initially the light did not work and i removed the batteries. One of the batteries began to smoke and eventually blew up, luckily it was kicked outside. It did start a fire in the backyar...

Tacfire 150 lumens

by TK, Verified Owner from PA, United States Written on February 22, 2020
Purchased for use on a short barrel because length was a concern, no worries, fits in front of my hand and behind the muzzle. Plenty bright for short range defense. Only drawback is the cap switch is either on or off, no momentary position.
Pros:
  • Value for cost
  • bright and compact
Cons:
  • No momentary on off feature
Best Used for:
  • defence
Would recommend: Yes

Tacfire Cree LED flashlight

by Pistol Pete, from OH, United States Written on January 25, 2018
I bought this flashlight for my home defense 20 gauge shotgun. It is plenty bright (220 lumens), comes with a push button switch and a pressure switch. The flashlight itself is 1" in diameter, so it can be mounted in a variety of ways. I used the Picatinny rail mount and attached it right to the magazine tube. It has 3 modes (strobe, bright and dim). I like it a lot. It's a good flashlight, especially for the money. I recommend it highly.
Pros:
  • Pushbutton and pressure switch, Picatinny mount
Cons:
  • None
Best Used for:
  • Night use
Would recommend: Yes

good value

by rghouse, from CA, United States Written on January 10, 2018
Not bright enough to blind somebody in SD, but just fine for my HD shotgun. I only need illuminate 10 ft away and it does the job fine. The beam is sort of a spot/flood hybrid at 7-10 ft. Fits perfect on my tac-fire rail, and the extended button switch is awesome, attached using small velcro strip just above fore-grip. Also comes with normal on/off switch if need be. Unless you are constantly training or conducting tactical exercises, this light works just fine, it is clean, functional, and I trust it will turn on if I ever have to use it.
Pros:
  • Price Construction
Cons:
  • None
Best Used for:
  • Home Defense
Would recommend: Yes
