Most Helpful Positive Review Works great with my RRA 5.56 and Surefire G2
Exactly what I was looking for.. and a fraction of the cost. You could probably pay more, but I don't think you would get more. Pros: Solid and durable. Great value. Cons: None so far.

Not for LED Mini-Maglite

The spring in the end-cap was too short to come into contact with the AA batteries in the Mini-Maglite. After talking to Lyman Ind. (owner of TacStar) they told me to send in for fix/replacement. After $5.15 shipping cost and a 20 business-day wait, Lyman phoned to say the TacStar Pressure Switch End Caps will NOT work with the "LED" type Mini-Maglite, but will work with a "Xenon" type Mini-Maglite. Lyman are shipping back my TacStar Pressure Switch and I'm about to go out to find a Xenon Mini-Mag.
Pros: Unknown
Cons: Does not work with LED type Mini-Maglite (AA)

Great Product

I used this with a mini-mag for my mossberg 500. I placed the switch on the pistol grip and activate it with my thumb. It works great and is easy to use. I had no installation problems.
Pros: Easy to install.
Cons: none

Good idea

I had to yank the spring out a bit so it would make contact with the battery. The spring was too short. If I had to bend it any more it may have broken completely. I was scared it would break.
But now, it does work so, I'll stop complaining.

Pros: solid and durable
Cons: Had to bend spring with plyers to make work
Would recommend: Yes
