Definitely not 4.5lb pull
This trigger dropped about one pound off my trigger pull (8.5 lb > 7.5 lb) Nowhere near the claimed 4.5 lbs. If I were going to do it all over again, I would have gone a different route, and gone for a true aftermarket drop in.
Awesome trigger
I have this trigger in an M&P 15 lower. I do have a Yankee Hill gen 2 anti rotation kit on it. So, in all honesty the pins may have a little to do with my excellent pull weight of, "4.5lbs," consistently! It has about 1/8" take up followed by a crisp break. This trigger is hard to get. It's back ordered at most vendors.
I own 3 Ar15s, one 223 wylde with this trigger, one 556 with a 2 stage 4.5lb, AT3 tactical trigger and one 223 wylde 18" SPR with a polished mill spec S&W trigger, pull weight of 5.5lbs with a decent pull and break. I'll change the last one to a 224 Valkyrie in a few months, Transfer the two stage trigger to it and, you guessed it, purchase another Tactical Edge enhanced trigger for my second 556.
Buy this trigger! If you don't get a pull under 5lbs., buy the Yankee Hill gen 2 anti rotation kit for the polished pins.
