Too tight for the 22/45 thread protector.
Holsters are limited for the Mark II/III 22/45. This comes with one adjustable rubber grommet retention screw. I’ve loosened it to the point that several threads are exposed in the nut, and I’m worried that it’ll works its way out. Even this loose, I use too much force to shove my pistol home. Th...

Ok at best
Holster seemed to be made good. Finish and all the hardware is good but the fit was lacking. Says in the description that it fit bull barrels and suppressor and I find that to be some what miss leading. It fits my suppressor but only after having modified the area for it. Its normal sized rimfire ca...

Functions Properly but had to Modify due to thumb ledge addition to Mark IV lite
Using on Ruger Mark IV 22/45 Lite. Works good out of the box if you do no modifications to the gun. I added a Tandemkross Striplin Custom Gunworks forward thumb ledge, and the holster would not handle it. I had to cut the back entrance of the holster to handle the additional width down about 1.5" and then I had to shim the holster from the belt brace to get the clearance needed from the belt brace to eliminate rubbing. Works good now. Would add a photo if I could.

Ruger Mark III Holster
I’m happy with my purchase. My pistol with a red dot fits nicely in the holster. The low carry position is comfortable for me. I am looking forward to squirrel hunting this fall with my mark III and this holster will make it easy to carry to the field.
Pros:
- The slot for the optic is large enough to handle many different styles of red dots.
Cons:
- There is a bit of wiggle room due to the universal nature of the holster.
Best Used for:
- Casual carryto the ranges

Yes, 100% yes.
I have bought this holster for my mkII Ruger that has a 10-inch bull barrel. It has been working like a dream and so far has been comfortable, and easy to wear. The only issue I have found is that while sitting it is nearly impossible to drive, or sit normally without having to take it off.
Overall, great holster, feels good, and I get plenty of odd looks from those who have never seen a pistol with a 10 inch barrel on it.

Tactical Solutions holster for a Ruger Mark I bull barrel pistol
I've had this favored pistol for a long time and have never had a holster that really satisfied me, until now. This is what I've been looking for and it works well at the range and otherwise. I like that old pistol and now it is easier to use for more situations.
Pros:
- Front sight doesn't snag on holster
Cons:
- None
- None so far

Great value for Ruger Mark III owners
Nice simple product that works great with my Ruger Mk III Hunter with Vortex Venom red-dot. Not a high-end race-gun holster, but nice simple functional product that fit gun perfectly. I got the "low-ride" version, which seems to work very well for a Steel Challenge match, and I'm sure it would be nice out in the woods.
Pros:
- good fit, simple, functional
Cons:
- not highly adjustable, but not meant to be
Best Used for:
- steel challenge, hunting or plinking in woods
Would recommend: Yes
Nice holster
I had to make a few modifications for it to fit my SW 22, but now it fits perfectly. Very well made and strong.I got the low ride version and it still sits up pretty high. I would have given 5 stars if I didn't have to modify it.

When the product eventually arrived it was great.
When the product eventually arrived, it was great, and exactly as described. The website provides practical and valuable search and selection assistance to help guide you to the most appropriate product. I’m new to online shopping and found opticsplanet to be very user-friendly, even for the inexperienced.
