Gotta have for your IFAK needs!
Before this I was running a army issue ifak pouch with insert. After getting this and already have tactical tailor u-pouches this us a match made in heaven. Now i can fill the insert with my medic gear and throw the pouch on my plate carrier, belt or chest rig without having to unmolle any pouch. Even if you dont have a tactical tailor pouch this is designed to go into you can always throw this in any gp/utility pouch and youre good to go. Construction is of course top notch! Buy now.
