Nicely made pouch and adaptable to just about any cummerbund system. The zippers are of good quality and seem to have some water resistance. Stitching is robust and will hold up. There is no external labels like in the picture, which I prefer

Great option for a med kit
This pouch is a great option to keep a med kit on your midline, out of the way and without adding bulk. The position and design of the zipper keeps the goods from falling out, but still easily accessible if positioned beneath the plate or another pouch.
