Simple easy solution
Does exactly what it is supposed to. I was looking for a cheap solution to add a barrel shroud to my 10/22. This saved me a bunch of money and time. Perfect for what I was trying. The install took less time than opening the package.

The tolerance’s a very tight and there isn’t any play. A great way to have a threaded barrel on a budget

Well made well finished
The adapter is well made, I put a small piece of aluminum (pop can) between it and the barrel so the screws wouldn’t scratch but it did leave a very small mark. I tried it on another rifle but it wasn’t as loose so I used a thinner piece of aluminum but it scratched the barrel. I wish they had or I had smoothed the ends of the screws before I installed it. Otherwise it’s well made and well finished.
