Mostly all that I use are Talley solid mounts. Only reason not to use them is couldn't find them for the model I had in silver. Fit right on rifles and scopes. Never had to lap them for scope or shim them to rifle. They stay tight and right.
Pros:
  • wide selection of sizes for most rifle to scope match up
Cons:
  • you'll have to search outside of OP to get the right size
Best Used for:
  • accurate shooting
